David Whitaker, known as "The Land Guy," is a seasoned auctioneer and real estate professional with deep roots in agriculture. He and his wife, Ann, founded Whitaker Marketing Group, specializing in farmland and fundraising auctions. David's credentials include graduation from the Missouri Auction School and a real estate license obtained in 2010. He is actively involved in organizations like the Realtor Land Institute and the National Auctioneers Association.
As the current President of the Iowa Auctioneers Association, David brings a wealth of knowledge to the Farm4Profit Podcast. His engaging presence and expertise in land sales provide valuable insights to listeners. David resides on his family farm near Ames, Iowa, with Ann and their two sons, Colton and Caleb.
Raised on a swine and row-crop farm in Aurelia, Iowa, Tanner Winterhof combines his agricultural roots with a strong foundation in business. After earning a degree in business administration and financial services from AIB College of Business in Des Moines, he spent 15 years in the banking sector, gaining insights that he now applies to the farming industry.
As founder and host of the Farm4Profit Podcast, Tanner focuses on enhancing farm profitability through innovation and technology. His commitment to sustainable practices and data-driven strategies helps farmers navigate the complexities of modern agriculture. Outside of his professional endeavors, Tanner is active in community organizations like the Ames Foundation and enjoys golfing and exploring new bourbons.
A fourth-generation farmer from Polk City, Iowa, Corey Hillebo manages Hillebo Family Farms, overseeing corn, soybeans, aronia berries, and a swine herd. He also serves as the President of Big Creek Seed, bringing expertise in technical thinking, sales, and leadership to the agricultural sector.
Corey's innovative mindset and passion for agriculture make him a dynamic co-host of the Farm4Profit Podcast. He leverages his experience to create engaging content that resonates with farmers seeking to improve efficiency and profitability. Corey lives in Slater, Iowa, with his wife and two daughters.
